Wayzata Bay house on Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota. This 3 bedroom + Den, 3 bathroom house with 3 boat docks (up to 40' boats)is located on the South shore of Wayzata Bay. The house is only 25 feet from the water so we have GREAT VIEWS and EASY ACCESS to our docks.

Its 1 minute to Downtown Wayzata and all the restaurants, and another short ride to Excelsior by boat or car for more of the same. These two cities are where most boaters/summer activities are. Wayzata Bay is one of the popular lakes for water skiing. The other locations on Lake Minnetonka are 20-35 minutes farther away from these two cities. This House is on the south shore of Wayzata Bay in the best area for docking sail/power boats (up to 40 feet) because its protected from the normal Southwestern winds and power boat traffic (No Wake Zone). No waves or wind keeps the boats protected from large waves.

Our location, allows boaters to get to the BEST SUNSET LOCATIONS on lake Minnetonka in about 4 minutes. Its easy to get to this sunset location each night without a long trip over the water. I have been doing this on the lake for 25 years.
