Our home has a warm south-facing view over the Vanderbilt bay, which allows you a Great Sunset View over the Gulf of Mexico. Its great to watch the sunset from our deck or go to the beach, both are great and convenient.

The house is just 350 feet from the LAPLAYA HOTEL (the best of Naples). In an area there are only a few homes that have a private, dead end street to live on, and where they can use a boat on the Gulf of Mexico or walk easily to the beach. It’s really nice to have no elevators, gates, or noise and enjoy the beach area.
