This
3 bedroom 2 bath house on Vanderbilt beach in Naples Florida was completely
remodeled including new furniture and appliances this year. Its large
heated pool was completely resurfaced and new furniture was added
to the pool and deck area. Our dock has a boat lift and is available
to use with your boat.
It’s a short 7 minute walk to the Vanderbilt beach and we have
chairs and towels to take with you. If you prefer you can drive to
the beach and park at the Wiggon State Park or the Vanderbilt beach
county park.
Our Comcast cable will provide TV and WiFi ( wireless internet) access.
All rooms have TV’s including the outdoor pool area (6 total).
The 2000 square foot 3 bedroom house, all on one level, has three
sliding glass doors all leading to the pool area. The deck is a popular
place to watch sunsets facing South/Southwest over the Vanderbilt
bay/canal.
The microwave added to a complete kitchen and the BBQ by the pool
gives you everything you need to cook in and enjoy the beautiful weather
here in Naples, while watching the sunsets over the bay

| Rates and Availabilty: |
May 1 - October 1: $1600/week plus 160 tax and 150 cleaning.
October 1 - December 17: $1700/week plus 170 tax and 150 cleaning.
December 17 - May 1: $2450/week plus 245 tax and 150 cleaning.
